So I previously posted about my gigantic gym melt down. Good news.. back at it today and got it done. If your curious, here is what my work out today looked like.. it is sub maximal as I continue to get stronger for regionals in July and Worlds in October and every lift I aim for perfect competition form. (Weights are in pounds) My program really kicks into high gear in a couple weeks.
